At Lushora Decor, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience. Our return policy is customer-friendly while ensuring product quality and safe handling.

Return & Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only under the following conditions:

  • A wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is received in a damaged condition.

Important:

Return requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

  • Any request made after this period will be treated as customer damage and will not be eligible for return/replacement.
  • The customer must retain the original packaging, including all foam, cushioning, and protective materials—this is required even if the product is damaged.

To initiate a replacement, write to us at support@lushoradecor.com with clear images showing:

  1. The damaged/defective area
  2. The complete product
  3. Video while opening the product first time

Our Quality Assurance team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged. Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will dispatch a replacement.

Replacements are offered for the same product or another product of equal or lower value.

Shipping Charges for Returns

  1. For Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product Delivered
    – Lushora Décor will arrange a reverse pickup, and all pickup charges will be borne by us.
    – After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, a replacement will be shipped.
  2. For Replacement Requests (Non-Damaged Reasons)
    – Reverse pickup will NOT be provided.
    Customer must self-ship the product, and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
    – After inspection, the replacement product will be shipped.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • We only offer a replacement for the same product or another product of equal or lower value.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@lushoradecor.com within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
